Why on Earth would Trump campaign for Noem the day before the election? Dakota Scout says it might be in the works. Many in the media might ask the same question. Why? Is the race close?

I hope the tax payers are paying for this, can we get some fireworks at least, or a feast of the best local fast food, like McDonalds, Chick Filet, maybe a whopper or two?
