Sometimes a picture says 1000 words.

Says it right there on whether District 30 should return JFM to Pierre in the June 2 Republican Primary.  (yes, this is a real photo)

  1. I will vouch for the authenticity of this picture, I was there on at least two occasions when JFM voted in this manner. District 30 voters better get it right once again and never, ever send her back to Pierre. It’s time to send her and her husband packing for good with a very strong message on June 2nd when we all can sing Tom Petty’s “Don’t come around here no more…..”

    1. We have to be sure Pennington County doesn’t get a Castro style dictatorship with Julie Fry-Mueller, her sister Jodi and Julie’s husband as a county commissioner, as they think they are the only smart ones and need to take care of us peasants. A disaster.

  2. I was able to listen to the debate on KOTA between Hulse and Frye. After the debate, I can honestly say I did not miss Frye, one ounce over the last 2 years. She needs to learn more about the school districts in her area but refuses to and only operates in her own broken echo chamber. She mentioned her biggest complaint was failing public schools and the fact that Hill City School is operating in an opt out. Flat out lie. I have had kids in the District for the last 25 years and Hill City has never brought an opt out. In fact, because of growth, Hill City is one of the only districts in the state who does not take the max mill levy in the General Fund or the Special Education fund while operating in the one of the highest cost of living areas of the state. Actually the opposite of an opt out. I will also remind her that that the current graduating class had a class average of a 3.65 GPA, the highest in the schools history with over 75 percent of the Seniors taking at least one AP course. She is clueless and out of touch. I don’t agree with every one of Hulse’s votes but I have found her very receptive and intelligent on the issues as opposed to my conversations with Frye which involve conspiracies and talking points that have nothing to do with the legislative district we are in.

    1. I don’t disagree with you, but grade inflation and chat-bots make GPA an almost worthless measure of intellectual rigor.

    1. I thought Julie Fry Mueller (who will NOT get reelected), was bad, but Tina Mullally is even worse. Can you imagine the Auditor’s Office with a political hack?

      1. Didn’t Tina always have a DO NOT DISTURB sign in legislation. Thought she was for the people? Or how about her horrible campaigning? Can she not talk about herself? Oh wait that’s because she has nothing to run on so attacking is her only option.

      2. I honestly don’t even want to think about that. And all Mulally is doing is personally attacking Sabrina Green. Does Mulally no that the auditors position isn’t political? I feel so bad for Sabrina.

        1. When Mike Mueller and James Bialota were on the West Dakota Water Development District, it was an absolute disaster. And what do those 2 do, hire Mullaly’s husband to manage the WDWDD for a cush 20 hour a week job making more than the starting salary of our military members. CRONYISM. That political organization needs disbanded. When it costs 1/2 of the taxpayer mill levy to run the thing on an annual basis, it doesn’t pencil out.

  3. Ms. Frye-Mueller, insaner than most, is not as smart as Ms. Mulally. Ms. Frey-Mueller must tow Mike around for “protection” and “mental bolster.”

grudznick wishes she would bring her sister around more.

  4. Trump wing nuts are crazy and continue to cause issues? You guys act like this wasn’t foreseeable by the rest of us sane republicans who saw the fraud and grift.

    1. Mr. Anonymous, please do not generalize your comments to include various Conservatives with Common Sense, who have been poking the insanerites for years. Perhaps you join us for breakfasting sometimes, so you know what of grudznick types.

  5. It has been so refreshing not to have to hear “insertion, incision, and injection.” Vote for Amber.

  6. Ms. Frye-Mueller, most have less empathy for you than grudznick does. Would you blog here and tell is if you agree or disagree with most of these bloggings or are you unable to without getting Mike to do it for you?

  7. One should always attend your local Cracker Barrels to witness the intelligence of your elected legislators. Amber Hulse is brilliant each time she speaks on a topic. She is articulate, educated on the subject and her presentations are always professional. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota. Is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School, interned in the Trump White House and clerked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, plus much more.
Amber Hulse opponent,’ JFM, is driven by emotion, lashes out, & far from a dignified individual to be in the SD legislature. She, her husband and sister, represent the west river wingnuts & needs to stay in her dad’s paint store.

    1. Legitimate question – did she graduate from Georgetown University Law School? I was told she transferred to USD Law School and graduated from there. Not that a USD Law School diploma is bad.

      1. Amber is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of South Dakota AND Georgetown University Law School. Amber led as President of the Federalist Society and gained political experience working in the first Trump White House. In law school she served as a clerk to Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, Senator Josh Hawley, and Governor Kristi Noem.

    2. Cracker Barrels are great, but don’t forget that legislators like Julie Frye-Mueller and Tina Mulally and Phil Jensen will not attend them. Whether or not they intend it, it always feels very much like THEY know what’s right and they don’t have to explain it or justify it to anyone.

And the paint store is closed.
