   1. I like Steve … but I don’t think that prediction will prove true. There are a lot of other contenders with more money, more hustle, and strong campaign teams.

   2. That would be a disaster for South Dakota. I say good riddance. Steve wasn’t a good SOS. We are rid of gross incompetence that was hurting our state. Even many in the legislature are glad he’s gone.

      1. “Many” in the legislature would be stupid for such a thing.

5. Great guy with a great family from a wonderful family whose Grandpa Joe was a trusted and respected friend of my fathers. Attorney Joe put the final touches on our ranches easement with Northern Borders high pressure underground gas line back in the 70’s.(can you imagine the fight that would bring today?) Steve reminds me of his grandfather in many ways. Hammer on Steve!!!

6. Steve’s one of the good guys. He will be missed.
