    1. Read the bill people. A vote NO on RL21 keeps private property rights in the hands of the property owner and in the jurisdiction of the county commissioners. A vote YES overruns both the landowner and the county commission and puts the fate of private property into the greasy hands of the PUC. A vote yes on RL21 will bring in more eminent domain action than we’ve ever seen. The only reason they dubbed it the “landowner bill of rights” was to gaslight the ignorant public. Looks like it worked on “anonymous”.

  1. For me it comes down to no eminent domain for private gain. This opens the door to expand eminent domain. Maybe Casey’s wants a store in your neighborhood and needs your property

    1. Your comment on this post was made via communication lines laid through eminent domain for a private company to profit off your internet access.

    2. First of all until they get granted status as a common carrier, they won’t have eminent domain rights. And when they do, it sure would be nice have recourse and safeguards in place. Eminent domain laws haven’t changed.

Jad, you have been completely fooled by the “no on 21” crowd. Lies and deceptions have convinced voters that SB 201 was for Eminent Domain. IT WAS NOT. It was for protection of landowners IF IF IF IF eminent domain was used.

I can imagine the pipeline people will be smiling with glee if RL21 is taken down.

But then uninformed voters always listen to jingoism and talking points, rather than reading and comprehending for themselves.

  2. All the smiling people on the commercials that say yes on RL21 need to have the dangerous CO2 pipeline put on their land and far away from everyone else’s land.
