  1. Young Dr. Bosworth, who is very pretty, is probably close to unveiling her next big PR move.

  2. Despite what you might hear in the SDWC echo chamber, the rest of the world, including even South Dakota, is figuring out that criminal prohibition of marijuana is a massive folly, born of despicable lies.

The verdict in this case is just another example of what the silent majority thinks about this issue.

  3. This is a big loss for Marty, who didn’t even have the guts to try the case himself.

This prosecution was an abuse of power, charged purely for political reasons, right from the start.

When Kristi beats him he will have only himself to blame.

    1. Marty took a loss on this one. Marty will need to go back to the Governors run tool box and find other things to scare the heck out of South Dakotans into voting for him. Refugee terrorists—check, those pesky trangenders—check, whatever else.

  4. EB-5, Schwab/Black, Gear-Up, and now this are not exactly inspiring my confidence. Boz is Boz, she’s getting a kick outta watching Marty get kicked, she’s paid her price.

  5. Lawyers who never lose cases don’t try enough cases.

While I was critical of him for not trying to go to trial and push the envelope with Bollen, I’m glad he tried on this and don’t hold losing against him.

I also don’t blame him for not trying the case. Nobody can be the expert on every type of trial and a good manager knows when to delegate.

For the record, I have not chosen who I support for Governor but am leaning to Noem because as of now I think she is stronger on my priorities for a Governor. But, I want criticisms to be what I think relevant and this one I don’t think is. So I want to speak up.
