The Turner County Fair is in full swing, and it seems that no one is interested in visiting with Toby Doeden’s people. Well, for that matter, it doesn’t seem like they’re getting rid of any signs.. or interested in manning their booth, either.
Might have to start calling it the lonely Doeden campaign at this point.
We cannot even pay people to take our signs!

I was at the BCF on Tuesday. One of his employees was manning the booth but no one was visiting when I passed by.
Are all the county fairs going to have unstaffed Doeden booths? Some fairs will fine them if no one is there.
Who is staffing the Doeden booth at the Brown County Fair? Doeden owned Plaza rentals? Ziggis coffee is always dead and looks like it is another Doeden business ready to close. Employees trying to make up hours working a Doeden booth?

I wouldn’t be surprised if he wins or gets Rhoden elected.

Doedens Brown County Fair booth was bleak..Logan Manhart was there off and on. 3 high school boys were carrying yard signs out the door to give the appearance of support.

Huh .. interesting. Every event I attended was packed, and signs were being taken. It’s early yet.

Not packed at all. As former campaign staff a decade ago, this would have been an unacceptable venue for the 18 or so people there.
As a person who attened the event, i counted 31. Theres another few tables that photo doesnt show.
If that’s the case, poor picture taking. Then again it’s a poorly ran campaign focused solely on character assassination in order to score political points. It didn’t work too well during the gubernatorial primary of 2002 when the top two candidates were fighting for the nomination. Rounds ran a clean campaign and won.
The pictures of the Brown County Fair on their facebook are breathtaking. One bad picture cherry picked from hundreds doesnt really constitute a bad campaign. I dislike Toby because of I disagree with his politics, but his campaign his cleary doing well if any of the recent polling is even halfway accurate.
So, you claim to have been at the Mitchell event, Turner County fair, and now the Brown County fair. That’s a lot of astroturfing.
Only Mitchell and Turner county. Only saw pictures from the Brown county fair. I like Rhoden for Governor, but i could see putting Doeden as my #2 if it were ranked choice voting.
4% is not doing well and when Doby Toeden mass texts his survey, which I’ve received many, it defaults to him being selected first. If the receiver isn’t paying attention, Doby is the “most favorable” candidate.

It could be entertaining to have a live cam of Doeden’s campaign booth at fairs. About the only activity is that may horse flies are attracted to it and the signs.
I stopped by and had a nice conversation with the young man that was there Tuesday. Didnt agree with some things but there was definitely someone there. Was this during lunch?
After this Neo-Nazi gets crushed in the primary it will be great to see dollars spent vs votes.
I am never voting for him in SD he doesn’t have policies that will even align with what the SD constitution OR the Republican Party truly align with.
Doeden will destroy the pathway for the younger generation to thrive in this state.

Looks like the “Lonely Traveling Doeden Dumpster Fire Campaign” responded to this post a little of an hour ago with an outside campaign table at the Brown County Fair. The vast majority of them are Doeden employees from Plaza Rentals, Aberdeen Chrysler Center and maybe elsewhere besides at least one of his kids. Most likely all paid to be there.
So much for a volunteer driven grass roots campaign. It’s an ego driven sham.
Yuck it up now people. It won’t be so funny when he’s sworn into office.
I’d place a wager but from my perspective Toby Doeden already owes me money and is a fraud. I’m not the only one.
