  1. This is really weak, Pat. Are you contending that those that received federal appointments under Trump or Bush did not contribute to the GOP? Or did you just decide not to post about those back then? Really weak.

  2. Republicans get accused of “pay to play” but Democrats are guilty of “pay to get paid”. Shame on the Dems for this blatant bribe. They sold out cheap just like the National Democrat Party.

  3. Meh this is a patronage job. It would be more newsworthy if the person who got appointed HADN’T donated to the SDDP.

    I do agree that it is pretty pathetic that they can’t find anyone for the legal jobs. Going to be a real black eye if the next Republican President ends up filling that judgeship.
