We always do. Bill Clinton’s rally in 2016 had 300 attendees. A few weeks later the Minnehaha Republican Party Lincoln Day Dinner with Chris Paronto had 730 attendees. Just sayin’.

A lot of Democrats are using the term “rape-apologist” for Susan Collins and others when there wasn’t any corroboration for the Ford claims, but they looked the other way when Slick Willy did his dirty business, so I don’t have any problem posting that he is a rapist.

This would have been best in the primary. If I was a candidate I’d not be thrilled about going to a LDD a few days before the vote.

Why? the general election is where we really need to turn people out to vote and Lincoln County just did their event a few weeks ago also.

          Well, there are some considerations.
          1) This is when Sean Spicer was available. He has a book out. A big headliner sells tickets.
          2) There were so many Lincoln Day Dinners during the primary, it was problematical. Every week in April had 3 of them, for example. We gave candidates a break and did other county parties a favor but not having an LD in the primary.
          3) Minnehaha’s LD has hundred voters who are not party officers/campaign workers/candidates. Especially veterans. So its worth a campaign stop. We offer sponsorships to buy tables for veterans, law enforcement, and first responders so they can go at no cost.

          Happy to answer any questions.

Bernie’s had 4500. “Just sayin.” Don’t assume that I am a big Clinton fan, too. I only vote for Clintons in November.

Yeah, a lot of people with their hands out support Sanders; thank goodness he isn’t president or the country would be be tanking.

Go ahead and write in the Clintons on your ballot.

Actually, the Argus said 3500. I was there. I counted the snakeline outside that was waiting to get into the SF Convention Center to see Bernie, and my estimate was 4500.

How did I do it, well, first I counted ten people, then I figured out how many equaled a 100 people, then discovered 45 groups of a 100.

The line snaked back and forth from the CC across to the Carney Stadium and then looped around the back south side of the Stadium. It was truly Messianic.

Oh, and I guess making enough fish for 5000 people was a hand out too, and at least with Jesus, I mean the Dems, the people get it instead of the corporations, huh?….

At least Senator Sanders is honest about his being a socialist, whereas the word “Clintonian” is a synonym for disingenuous. If the DNC hadn’t rigged the 2016 primary & cheated Sanders, the Bernie Bros would’ve won it.

The Dems should have a counter event fundraiser with Melissa McCartney playing Spicy and the mobile podium. They would have a far better turnout, potential to raise more money and would be a fun evening.
