Toby Doeden should get checked for early onset Alzheimers. Or at least by a proctologist.

From Toby Doeden on November 14:

Today, I want to make something absolutely crystal clear: there is no room for hate, vitriol, or personal attacks from people supporting our campaign.

Also Toby Doeden:

It’s going to become abundantly clear that there are two choices in June: light versus dark, good versus evil. I’m light; I’m good. Dusty’s dark; Dusty’s evil. Those are going to be the two choices.

So when Toby claims that there’s no room for personal attacks from people supporting his campaign, did someone suggest he go to the doctor to get checked for early onset Alzheimers?  Because it seems like he’s completely forgotten how he’s been running his campaign from the beginning, which has largely consisted of hate, vitriol and personal attacks.

Or is he only referring specifically to the people supporting his campaign, and not himself? Because it sure seems like a case of do as I say, and not as I do.

At the very least, he should see a proctologist. Because when he makes this statement, everyone else out there recognizes that he’s completely full of sh*t.

  1. Didn’t this guy spend over $100k last cycle smearing fellow Republicans as “RINOs” with hearsay and flat-out lies?

Classic do as I say, not as I do — straight out of the Drew Dennert + D3 playbook.

    People don’t forget, Toby.

  2. Yeah, because taking a principled stand against the overuse of presidential emergency declarations is soooo anti-America… *insert yuge eyeroll*

  3. doeden said the people supporting his campaign would eschew the mudslinging. it fudges whether he includes himself on that list, or giving himself special dispensation to toss the mud. i prefer someone other than this person. anyone else, basically.

  4. Mr. Toby Doeden is one of the candidates who share the values and vision of South Dakota. Simpler Times for Simple Minds.

  5. I generally don’t follow this page because of the vitriol and insults, but the author does make some good points here. Doeden is making progress with his campaign because he’s embraced conservative positions and has money to burn, but he doesn’t have the professionalism or personality to be elected governor…and he won’t be.

  6. Curious if attack poodle Shad Olson (Who rarely if ever provides sources) is funded by the Toby Doeden campaign? Shad Olson has been attacking the Hanson campaign and everyone else who may be a threat to the Doeden Campaign and Doedites.

    1. Doeden needs to distance himself from Shad but he got 27% closer to being governor thanks to Larry.

The race to 35% is on.
