I served with Mike. He was always there for South Dakota. He was a good friend, a gentleman, and a true statesman. His loss is a sad day for those he served. We can find comfort knowing his pain is over. The great legislature in the sky has gained a valuable asset! Rest in peace my friend. Well done.
